If the return is caused by change of heart, you may still receive a refund within 14 days. The product must be returned in its original condition. The refund will be paid out, once the goods are well received at Bambi & Bear. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 Items bought on sale cannot be returned, unless there is a defect.

We are unable to take responsibility for shipping costs and lost packages. Please keep a record of your tracking number when shipping your return package. shipping costs are non-refundable.
